Emergency Services
To report a lost or stolen credit union MasterCard or Member Cards within Canada or the United States, please call 1-800-LOST-1111 or 1-800-567-8111, and from outside Canada or the U.S. please call 1-306-566-1276, collect. Your card will be cancelled immediately and replacement cards will be ordered. You can also request emergency cash, billable to your card account, to keep you going until the card arrives.
